At MARA Beauty, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to processed returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
